“This office is pretty great. The staff is super friendly. The lobby and exam rooms are always clean and neat. They have a wonderful play area for kids and a Keurig coffee maker for adults. There is always a current family friendly movie playing. The call ahead service is very convenient. They call you when they are ready for you to come in instead of waiting around in a waiting full of sick people. Walk ins are always welcome. After being called, I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be checked in and scene.”
“All personnel were above expectations. That is why I have come here when I am unable to see my family doctor in a timely manner…”
“Even though we arrived 45 minutes before closing, we were treated with warmth and compassion during our July 2013 visit to the PrimaCare Medical Center on Marsh Lane. Amy and the rest of the front office staff went beyond normal professional customer service procedures in order to make sure that the patient, who used portable oxygen as well as a wheelchair, felt comfortable and safe.”
